Annulations

Alamo Rent A Car n'applique pas de frais d'annulation si c'elle ci est faite dans les 7 jours au plus avant la date de départ. Dans le cas où l'annulation est faite après ces délais, les frais suivant s'appliquent.
Dans le cas où l'annulation de votre réservation est faite moins de 7 jours avant la date de départ, Alamo débitera votre compte du montant total de la réservation ou jusqu'à un plafond maximum de €30.00.
Dans le cas où l'annulation de votre réservation est faite moins de 24 heures avant la date de départ, Alamo débitera votre compte du montant total de la réservation ou jusqu'à un plafond maximum de €70.00.
Pour toute annulation, votre carte de crédit ou débit sera remboursée moins les frais d 'annulation.

Réservations non annulées avant la prise en charge du véhicule

En cas de non prise du véhicule à la date réservée, sans annulation préalable de la réservation, Alamo Rent A Car se réserve le droit d'imposer des frais de Non annulation d'un montant total de la réservation jusqu'à un plafond maximum de €70. Dans le cas d'une Non annulation, votre carte de crédit ou débit sera remboursée sur votre demande moins les frais de Non annulation.

Alamo Rent A car ne remboursera pas les jours non utilisés si la location est commencée, ni en cas de non-collection du véhicule sans annulation de la réservation

Antigua

Additional Driver Policy

Additional driver allowed at a cost of $10 USD per day

Age Requirements

Minimum rental age is 25 years. Maximum rental age is 65 years. Drivers under the age of 25 are not allowed to rent.

Cross Border Policy

Unrestricted driving within Antigua only.

Delivery / Collection

Delivery and Collection available at no charge during business hours and after hours. Customer must provide hotel or port details at time of booking in the REMARKS field on the reservation. Otherwise, customer should contact Alamo at (268) 561 6399 upon arrival in Antigua to arrange for delivery & collection. For delivery to the airport, please provide flight information. For delivery to hotels, please put information in remarks and have the customer contact the location with details.

Insurance Excess

Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver limits the customer's financial responsibility for loss, damage or theft of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents is 1000.00 USD. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting, please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. If you would like to reduce or remove your excess responsibility please ask the rental staff when collecting your vehicle about additional products that are on offer .

License Requirements

Full and Valid Driver's License from country of origin is required. Temporary drivers license required by law at a cost of $20.00 and can be purchased at the Alamo counter. Any visitor that does not have a local license must pay this $20 surcharge. Should your driving license not be resident to the country of origin of your booking we reserve the right to charge an appropriate rate for your country of residence.

Payment Policy

Major Credit Cards are accepted. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX Cash, OTTO's accepted. MCO's not accepted. Vouchers must have pre-approved credit. Cash accepted. A $300 authorization will be placed on credit card upon rental of vehicle. If renting with cash, deposit of $300 USD plus the cost of rental is required at time of pick-up.

Refuelling Policy

Customer must return with the same amount of gas received or they will be charged for the gas. No additional surcharges apply.

Roadside Assistance

Contact rental location for assistance. In the case of an accident, customer must complete a police report at time of accident/incident and contact Alamo immediately.

Special Equipment

Infant/Child seat available at a cost of $5 USD per day.
